Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with a shipping fee of £12.95. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, especially for international orders. We currently ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Ship the Item(s): Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
